MUST-TRAVEL ROUTES FROM GHENT

Route 1 - Ghent - Bruges - Antwerp    

Take delivery of your classy Mercedes S-Class and set off on a scenic drive from Ghent to Bruges and then onto Antwerp. Travel north west for about an hour to Bruges. This charming Medieval town offers historic old houses and lovely canals. Chocolate lovers will be in heaven, visit Chocolatier Van Oost and sample some of these iconic delights. If you are fit, climb the 366 steps to the top of the Belfry Climb in Grote Markt to see awesome views. Then relax and enjoy a boat ride along the canals.

Back in your car, head east to Antwerp. Art lovers must visit the Rubenshuis, the house of painter Peter Paul Rubens which is now a museum. Kids will love the Antwerp Zoo, one of the oldest in the world with over 4000 animals. Wander the Old Market Square and soak up the ambiance of the beautiful Gothic and Renaissance architecture. We will collect your car from your hotel when you are ready to return home.

Route 2 - The Coastal Road from Ghent to Calais

Drive in your Audi R8 from Ghent in Belgium to Calais in France. Historians will be thrilled to visit the many sites of famous World War II battles. Stop in Bruges for some chocolate and then drive to Dunkirk and visit the beach, the scene of the rescue of 1000’s to Allied troops.
