This picture-perfect town is filled with romantic canals and beautiful churches to explore. Leaving town, head 40 km north to Haarlem, along one of the world's most scenic drives. See the awe-inspiring fields of vibrantly coloured spring flowers that reach the horizon. Crocuses, daffodils, hyacinths and tulips bloom in pure beauty. The route takes you past charming villages where you can buy bulbs, flowers and craft items. You will find small vendor booths, wholesale auction houses and private gardens to explore. Stop at Lisse, home of the famous Keukenhof Garden. Route 2 - Amsterdam to Ghent
