Ford Mustang Info
50 years of American muscle and swagger meet modern technology in this new generation Ford Mustang V6 Convertible. The Ford Mustang has since won the Motor Trend Car of the Year Award twice, and made the Car and Driver Ten Best list a total of seven times. Appearing in a string of popular films and songs, the Mustang achieved Hollywood celebrity status, leading to the opening of a National Mustang Museum in Concord in 2016. Now in its sixth generation, the Mustang is as much a part of American history and culture as it ever was.
Style
While the iconic shape remains long in the hood, the latest Mustang Convertible has been given a wider body, lowered inches to the ground and the front fascia sports a trapezoidal grille. Factory designed as a right-hand drive, this version can now be enjoyed throughout Europe.
Interior
The V6 sports a new and simplified Sync 3 infotainment system, as well as modern technological capabilities - such as Bluetooth, multimedia features, power points and USB ports. Its ergonomically designed cabin is more spacious, and unlike most convertibles, comfortably seats four passengers. A rear-view camera assists parking and features such as the four-way adjustable driver’s seat, bucket seats and climate control keep everyone comfortable. The leather-wrapped parking brake and steering wheel afford that touch of luxury.
Performance
The Mustang V6 has new, independent rear suspension (IRS), along with electronic stability control and Selectable-Effort Electric Power Assisted (EPAS) steering. With 300 HP and 280 pound-feet of torque, this 3.7 L V6 propels the Pony from 0-60 in around 6 seconds. Top down, the Mustang Convertible cruises to its top speed of more than 200 k/h.
Road trips
What better way to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Europe’s finest destinations than in a convertible. Take a day trip from Amsterdam to Bruges and enjoy the picturesque Dutch countryside, dotted with windmills, as you cruise top-down in the Mustang V6 Convertible.
