If you have already reserved a car with us - please call us day or night. We will answer your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can pick the car at one location and drop it off in another, even in a different country.
Our offices and partners are spread out across Europe to ensure delivery and collection wherever is convenient for our clients.
Introductory driving session
If you would like a brief explanation or a short driving session before you set off, please request this from the driver who delivers the car to you.
Specific model guaranteed
We will provide the exact car you requested. Your car will not be replaced with another model without prior notice and without your agreement. We do our utmost to avoid replacing models, that is the cornerstone of our service and our promise to our clients. On the rare occasion that a replacement can’t be avoided, we will never proceed without the client’s full consent.
Delivery and collection anywhere
We will deliver and collect the car from the airport, train station or your hotel. Just tell us where you need the car and we’ll bring it to you or collect it.
24 hour roadside assistance
Please call us 24 hours a day whenever you need our assistance.
Airport meet and greet service
We will meet you at any airport. No queues for you. You will be escorted to the car and after a brief introduction of the car features you will be off on your way.

Our cars are all new with low mileage. These top notch cars are highly maintained and checked regularly.

Limited luggage space
If you require more room for luggage, for example if you hired a racy sportscar with limited luggage space (especially the Porsche 911 Targa but other sportscars as well), we can arrange for another car to take the main bulk of luggage ahead of you to your hotel.
limit on mileage
There is indeed a limit on the daily mileage. Please check with our representatives the mileage allowance as it varies according to the car’s model.
All our cars come equipped with a GPS navigation system.
What is the rental process?
- Call us / request a callback to get a quote
- Supply us with two forms of identity - passport & driving licence. On some occasions we may request a utility bill.
- We send you the contract along with the itinerary and full terms and conditions.
- Send us the signed contract and settle the reservation fee.
- Within 72 hours before the car is delivered, we will process the remainder of the outstanding balance and place a hold on your credit card for the security deposit.
What is the security deposit?
We hold (block) a fixed amount on your credit card during the rental period for security. Please note this is not a payment. For more information, please consult with our booking experts.
How can I pay for the rental?
We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer.
What documents do I need to bring along with me?
Please have your passport, driving license and the credit card you used to pay for the car.
What type of driver's licence is required?
An international driving licence.
How old do I need to be to rent a luxury car?
Please be advised you need to be at least 25 years old to rent a car.
What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation by the client, the reservation fee is non refundable. in the event of cancellation by the client with less than two weeks notice to the scheduled delivery date, 50% of the outstanding balance is payable. If a cancellation was made with less than a week's notice, the full amount is payable.
