TWO GREAT ROUTES FROM LUXEMBOURG AIRPORT

Route 1 - From Luxembourg airport to Dinant    

Step into your high-performance Ferrari 488 GTB and set off on a two hour road trip to Liege. This charming Belgium city has an Archéoforum, showcasing the remains of the three ancient Cathedrals. Then visit the Aquarium and see a man-eating shark! Back in your car head to Namur, a beautiful city set at the junction of the River Meuse and the River Sambre. Explore the Old City and see the Citadel, built in the 9th century.

Now drive back south towards Dinant. Take the cable car or climb the 408 steps to the top of the Citadel for fabulous views. Then relax at a café and try some Couque de Dinant. This local speciality is a very hard biscuit, mind your teeth - or dip it into hot coffee. We will collect your car from Dinant when you are ready to go home.

Route 2 - Ultimate road trip from Luxembourg to Trier and Cochem

Enjoy our next scenic drive with the family in a comfortable range Rover Sport. Head northeast to Trier, the trip will take under an hour. This university town is the oldest city in Germany, founded by the Romans in 16BC. Explore the ancient city gate, the Roman baths and the amphitheatre. Visit the Trierer Dom and see the precious relic, the Holy Robe, said to have been worn by Jesus Christ himself. Have a bite to eat at Weinwirtschaft Friedrich-Wilhelm, located in an historic former wine warehouse. Order the trout poached in sparkling white wine with mustard sauce and white asparagus.

Continue on a one hour drive to picture-postcard Cochem on the Mosel River, through scenic landscapes. Stroll around the Old Town square and admire the quaint cottages and black and tan guild houses. Visit the Cochem Castle which rises dramatically above the town. Stay overnight at the boutique Hotel Lohspeicher, located near to the historic Market Square. We will collect your rental car from here.
