EXPLORE JUTLAND IN DENMARK - TWO GREAT TOURS

The Jutland Peninsula covers the mainland regions of Denmark with the North Sea and the Baltic Sea on either side. Explore this fascinating region on two of our suggested road trips.

Route 1 - From Aalborg to Silkeborg

Our first recommended trip leaves from Aalborg and ends in Silkeborg, a drive of just over one and half hours. Collect your high-class Audi R8 Spyder in Aalborg and explore the city. It has a fabulous waterfront which is the focal point of the town. See the Castle, the Tower and the Town Hall and then explore the Elbjørn, an authentic icebreaker that is now a restaurant and culture ship docked in the harbour. Back in your luxury car, drive south to Silkeborg, a magnificent scenic drive, dotted with massive wind turbines slowing turning in the breeze. When you reach Silkeborg, head for the water, park your car for all to admire and enjoy a boat ride on the oldest steamboat in the world, called the Hjejlen. We will pick up your rental car in Silkeborg.

Route 2 - Road Trip from Skagen to Aarhus

Our next route starts in the far north at Skagen and ends just under three hours away down south in Aarhus. This is the perfect trip to take in the beautiful Danish flat, green landscapes. Collect your Porsche Panamera and take a drive around Skagen. It has a fabulous harbour filled with restaurants, shops and visiting boats from all over the world. Visit the amazing Råbjerg Mile, the biggest migrating dune in Europe that moves at about 15 meters per year eastward. Continue down south passing through the lovely town of Aalborg where you can stop for a classic Danish open sandwich and beer at the famous Restaurant Schønnemann. Continue to Aarhus, and leave your car for pick up. Enjoy a walk around this City of Smiles, which is home to many famous musicians.
